How to shop?
Shopping is easy at WONDER:
- When you're ready to shop, browse the stores, collections, or lookbook links.
- When you find an item you want to buy, select the size you want and use the 'Add to Basket' button at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page to view the items in your shopping cart.
- You can easily edit your shopping basket or remove unwanted items by clicking the "Delete" button.
- Click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create an account. If you register, you can enjoy the following benefits through a WONDER account:
- Track existing orders and view past purchases
- Request a return from your account
- Get the latest product information
- Save your shipping address and credit card information for quick and easy shopping
- Manage your account information, order history, email preferences, and review order status.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, please change it here or follow the "Forgot Password" instructions on the "Login" page. For security reasons, we will not email you a new password.
Which size should I choose?
All our products are sized according to the international size scheme used by designers. To convert this to your size, simply check the "Size Chart" on the product page that interests you.
We must remind you that sizes can vary greatly, so we also provide the measurements of each product for you to compare with your own.
If a product runs large or small, we'll tell you this in the Size & Fit tab on each product page.
You can always contact the customer service team who are happy to answer all your questions about sizing and fit - just email support@wonderco.hk for advice.
How do I know if this product is in stock?
Unless the page shows "out of stock", the products in the online store are generally in stock. Please note that even if you select a product in your shopping cart, if you do not complete the order process, your product will not be reserved, so the product may be purchased by another customer while you are placing an order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can add it to your favorites list and check the updated stock at any time. When the product is available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Is it safe to use my credit card online with Wonder Ltd?
WONDER strives to ensure your personal online security. We use a secure online payment gateway to encrypt your credit card information, securely storing and transmitting your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for added security, we verify that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
Please rest assured to save your credit card information on the WONDER website so that you do not need to re-enter the relevant information during future shopping.
Why do I need to re-enter my credit card information when adding a new address?
To protect your personal information, we'll ask you to provide your credit or debit card details again (even if you've saved them previously) when you request shipping to a new address. This prevents anyone from using your account to place an order, even if they stole your password. This preventative measure further protects your personal information.
How do I delete my saved credit card information ?
Before deleting your saved credit card information, you can:
- 1. Edit or add a new shipping or billing address
- 2. Next time you make a purchase, when you are on the checkout page, remember to uncheck the "Remember my payment details" option.
Which countries does Wonder Ltd. ship to?
WONDER ships to 170 countries worldwide. For more details, please email customer service.
Does Wonder Ltd. ship to a PO Box or freight forwarder's address?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, except when shipping to Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We also cannot ship to freight forwarding company addresses, including Aramex in the UK.
How do I convert currency settings?
You are currently visiting our international website for the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, you will be charged in pounds sterling; for orders shipped to Europe, you will be charged in euros; and for orders shipped to the United States and Asia, you will be charged in US dollars. If you do not have pounds, dollars, or euros in your bank account, the price will be calculated using the exchange rate prevailing on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction.
You can select the corresponding country and currency through the shipping destination list by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the website.
How much tax and duty do I need to pay?
Product prices do not include taxes. Once your order is confirmed, any taxes and customs duties will be invoiced to you through our shipping agent. Additionally, if you need to exchange an item, taxes and customs duties will also be charged.
For shipments within the United States, only shipments to New Jersey and New York are subject to sales tax. No other taxes or duties apply to shipments to other parts of the United States. (Please note that some states may have local taxes in addition to customs duties, which are also your responsibility. Wonder is not responsible for reimbursing or paying these additional taxes.)
Most countries except the United States support DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) delivery, so all related import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price.
Does Wonder Ltd. ship to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to one address per order.
If your order includes gifts or items that need to be sent to different destinations, please place a separate order for each address.
How quickly will I receive my order and how much will the shipping cost?

Are the items I purchased insured?
Yes! When your item arrives at your designated delivery location from Wonder, we'll insure it against theft and accidental damage. Once your item is delivered to your designated delivery address and you sign for it, all liability is yours.
If your goods arrive damaged or altered, you should refuse delivery or make a note stating that the goods arrived damaged when you sign for them.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
You cannot combine an existing order with another order or add any additional items. If you would like all items shipped together, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one, selecting all the items you need.

How will I know my order has been received and when my payment will be debited?
Once you submit your order, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. Your order will be debited once the item has shipped. You'll also receive an email from EVISU if, for any reason, the item you ordered is out of stock. We'll only debit your order for items that are in stock.
Can I track my order?
When we dispatch your order, you will receive shipping details and a tracking number. Registered users can view and track the status of your shipment by logging in and selecting "My Account," then "Order Status." If you haven't registered yet, register now so you can track your future orders.
Where is my order?
We typically dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery times are for reference only and are calculated from the date of dispatch. WONDER is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You only need to apply for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Get Your RMA
- Log in to your account and find the "My Orders" tab
- Select the order number that contains the item you want to return.
- Email us to let us know the reason for your return. If applicable, please provide details of any defects.
- You can even choose to exchange the size if the product is not the right size.
- Once you agree to our Return Policy, you will receive an email with your RMA number.
If you are a customer in the European Union, you may also have rights under distance selling regulations.
Cancelling your order under distance selling regulations
You need to give us written notice. Notice can be given at any time after you place your order and at the latest within 7 working days after receiving your order.
You may cancel your order in whole under the distance selling regulations at any time after placing your order and up to 7 working days after receiving your order by notifying our Customer Service Team in writing that you wish to cancel your order in whole under the distance selling regulations.

Once we receive notification of your order cancellation, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this number on the return invoice you received with your order and send it back with your return so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
We recommend that you insure your returned merchandise, as you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the merchandise and will be liable if it is damaged before it reaches our warehouse. We also recommend that you return your order to us using a secure, trackable method and retain proof of shipment in case of any disputes.
In the event of cancellation under distance selling regulations, you must pay for return shipping.
All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original condition, and from the country the order was shipped from.
You will be refunded the full order amount and delivery charges within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the return order after receiving your cancellation notice, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to retrieve the item.
You can only exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations by giving formal written notice as described above after placing your order and up to 7 working days after receiving your order.
Will my order amount be refunded in full?
For all properly returned items, we will refund the full purchase price to the purchase card or your WONDER account. This refund does not include shipping costs if the item is defective upon return, unless the item is listed as defective or as a return on DSRS as described above.
If your delivery destination is within New Jersey, the full sales tax will be refunded.
WONDER does not refund customs duties and sales taxes for countries other than the United States. However, you can contact your local customs office directly to request a refund for these charges. If you wish to claim a refund for customs duties on returned merchandise, we recommend that you seek assistance from a professional customs broker, as not all countries are willing to refund customs duties.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days from the time we initiate the refund for it to be credited to your account.
Does Wonder Ltd. have any seasonal sales?
Of course, WONDER has seasonal specials! The "Sales" page is linked to the "Shop" page in the top bar. We cannot guarantee that online prices will be the same as those in our boutiques. Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be in stock at the end of the season.
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
We will protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and will not sell it for profit.
To register on WONDER, we'll need you to provide information such as your name, mailing address, and email address. When processing your order online, we'll ask for your billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. If necessary, we reserve the right to share this information with credit agencies for the sole purpose of verifying the authenticity of your order.
Please note that WONDER may use your contact information to notify you of new products, latest news and product information. If you do not need it, you can choose to unsubscribe at any time.
A cookie, HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie is a piece of data sent from a website and stored on a user's web browser when they browse the website. We use cookies to track how you use our website. This is to protect your interests and enhance your shopping experience, not to threaten your privacy or online security. Your browser may be preset to accept cookies; if you wish, you can change this in your browser settings.
If you block cookies, most of our website functionality, including purchasing items, will still be available.
Registered customers who have enabled cookies will be able to access and edit their shopping lists according to their preferences when they visit our website again, register products that they are interested in but are not in stock, or register for product updates without having to log in to your account.
