Delivery Terms
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. We will declare the value of the goods purchased based on the invoice. Delivery schedules are for reference only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures.
If the order cannot be delivered to the customer's delivery address due to incorrect or non-compliant information provided by the customer, we will return the order to Hong Kong. All expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund (if any).
When the package is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via email, and you can check it on the corresponding courier website.

All our products undergo comprehensive quality control and inspection before being shipped to our customers.
You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your order (only for original price items). The return must meet the following conditions:
- The returned goods must still have the tag and packaging bag attached
- Used items cannot be returned
- Underwear, socks and masks cannot be returned or exchanged
- Special items such as lighters, models and skateboards cannot be returned or exchanged
- Reduction in price or discount on items cannot be returned
- Orders with gifts cannot be refunded.
If the goods we receive are beyond the 14-day return period or do not meet the above conditions, the goods will be returned to the address on the customer's order.
In order to provide a quality return experience, if we discover that a customer has made multiple returns, we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Refund
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the customer using the original payment method (exchange rate differences are not refundable)
- Shipping costs for orders are not refundable
Exchange Policy
You can return any item for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your package. Exchanges must comply with our policies:
- Items can only be exchanged for a different size. Requests for different prices or styles will not be accepted. Items are also subject to availability. If the requested item is sold out, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- An item can only be exchanged once.
- Please ensure that the returned item is new and unused, still with the brand and in its original packaging. We will not accept any items that do not meet the requirements and will send them back to the customer in their original condition.
- Used items cannot be exchanged.
- Due to hygiene reasons, socks and underwear may not be changed.
- Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, or that are damaged by accident or misuse are not considered defective.
- Special series products, such as lighters, models, skateboards, etc., cannot be exchanged. WONDER reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Return method
- Send an email to support@wonderco.hk Request a refund from our customer service department
- Write your order number inside and outside the package and send it back to our address within 14 days (customers are responsible for return shipping and customs duties)
- Once the package has been shipped, we recommend that you provide us with the courier number via email. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.
- We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. If the goods are damaged or lost during delivery, you will be responsible for it.
Defective goods
A product is considered defective if it is not of the ideal quality, does not meet the intended use, or does not meet the product description. Products damaged by normal wear and tear, or caused by accidents or misuse are not considered defective.
If the product is defective upon receipt, you can email support@wonderco.hk within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photos and our customer service team will provide further assistance.
Defective merchandise returned must still be attached with the original tag and packaging.
